The fundamentals 1-day course will introduce you to some of the different project management approaches and teach you which approach will be best suited to your projects. You will also reflect on a project in your organisation and travel through the lifecycle of that project, concentrating on some of the key planning and delivery steps.
The applied project course builds on the knowledge from the fundamentals course and delves deeper into key topic areas of stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, scope definition, scheduling and evaluation.
